Answer: Depends who you are is the obvious answer, and if you are/was in Government in a position which has power associated, what we have seen in the media suggests that you do get to see the "evidence", before its destroyed or lost that is.

The DOJ wants the memo because it accuses them of criminality, if they know what the allegations are they know what to burn and I'm sure they will give a courtesy copy to the FBI, so they can CYA themselves.

More importantly Memos like this happen because of "whistleblowers" who have confided in someone else and provided evidence, and these "whistleblowers" have been disloyal and must be found out. The "memo" would likely lead to the source of the information.

The question I have is why is the department of justice logo on-top? They have been trying to block its release so I would not think the memo would come from them. This is probably not the real thing, but maybe a real leaked justice department document about Seth Rich.
